The photovoltaic system installed in one of the sheds of Protecno’s headquarter has produced more than 770,000 kW/h from the date of its installation, in April 2011, to date, in October 2018.
A thermoelectric power plant to produce the same amount of energy would have consumed more than 140 tons of diesel releasing approximately 335 tons of CO2.
