ECONOMY & SUSTAINABILITY: TWO WORKSHOPS FOR TWO CITIES FOR THE 6th EDITION OF THE EUROPEAN WEEK OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE
In reference to the good business practice in green economy, our Company has been selected and introduced in the program of two workshops dedicated to transnational Economics and Sustainability.
These workshops are promoted within the sixth edition of the European Week of Small and Medium Enterprises, which will take place on Nov. 21, 2014 in Mondolfo (Italy) and on Nov. 28, 2014 in Rijeka (Croatia).
Integrated in the international agenda of the European SME Week 2014, these two workshops are under the patronage of the European Parliament, of the European Commission, of the Marche Region, of the President of the Legislative Assembly of the Marche Region, of the Province of Pesaro and Urbino, of the municipalities of Mondolfo, Rijeka, Trogir and of various associations, organizations and universities.
The topics covered in the two events are linked to the European Strategy 2020, which defines the political – programmatic goals of the EU until 2020 and focuses on three priorities:
– smart growth, development of an economy based on knowledge and innovation;
– sustainable growth, to promote the efficient use of resources;
– inclusive growth, aimed at the protection of social and territorial cohesion.

The European SME Week is a project of the European Commission, designed as a container for events organized and promoted in various states of the European Union, aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit, besides the promoting of EU and Member States policies for the benefit of the SMEs.
